On April 1, 2023 the Diesel engine in my truck blew up, leaving us and our 5th wheel RV trailer stuck in Johnson City, TX. After close to 1.5 days of frustrating phone calls, trying to make towing arrangements to Marble Falls, TX and to Lampasas, TX, my luck finally turned as I was contacted by Thomas, the owner of Pronto Wrecker Service. Thomas towed our truck to the Ford Dealer in Marble Falls, TX and our trailer to Our Friends Campground in Lampasas, TX. Totaled my car last week and am lucky to be alive. I just left the yard to to get my personal items from my car. When I saw my car, I became very emotional. To the woman that helped me and was in training, thank you. Very compassionate and hugged me knowing why I was upset. I don't remember the guy who towed my vehicle so I cant say much there. But the staff over all were incredibly kind and patient with me. Thank you.
